CryoStore Freezing Bag

Intended Use: Intended Use: The CryoStore bag is designed to freeze blood components.

  • Protect Your Cells

    Hermetically sealed pointed connection points ensure a tamper-proof design. The EVA film used in every CryoStore bag is secure and its durability has been proven through validation and customer success.

  • Traceability

    A permanent batch number * is heat welded to the tail of each bag. Each **bag has a donor tube with printed sections of approximately 100uL and a matching number on the bag.

  • User Inspired Design

    Stock tubing system sets may include a luer-activated needle-free injection port, sterile weldable tubing system and/or luer connectors. Donor tubing is placed in the corner of each bag for easier removal and closure of bubbles.

  • Closed System Processing

    OriGen provides products that enable the user to use cellular products in a closed system outside the cleanroom.

DMSO Solutions

Intended Use: OriGen Biomedical ® DMSO and DMSO formulations are intended for the frozen preservation of stem cells and blood components.

    CryoPur Solutions are also available in syringes of various sizes. Syringes are available in various filling volumes and tubing configurations.

  • DMSO/Dekstran Solutions

    DMSO/Dextran is available in various concentrations for water for injection and saline.

  • USP and Ph.Eur. Class Reagents

    The DMSO and Dextran components used in OriGen's CryoPur are certified according to USP and Ph Eur standards. CryoPur, CryoPur-D and CryoPur-S Solutions are sterile, aseptically filtered and non-pyrogenic.

O-Wrap™ Bag

Intended Use: The CryoStore bag is designed to freeze blood components.

  • Protect Primary Cryogenic Bag

    The O-Wrap Bag provides an additional layer of protection for CryoStore Freezer Bags. The O-Wrap Bag is ideal for storage at temperatures as low as liquid nitrogen.

  • Safe and Easy to Use

    O-Wrap Bags are made of EVO copolymer and sealed on three sides. The O-Wrap bag is easily sealed with a standard RF pulse sealer. The O-Wrap bag has an optical transmittance of over 90%, making it easy to inspect labels even when frozen.

TissueVault™ Cell & Tissue Freezing Bag

Intended Use: OriGen TissueVault Freezing Bags are designed for freezing cells and tissues.

  • Protect Your Tissue

    Ethyl Vinyl Olefin (EVO) polymer contains no plasticizers or chemical residues and is biocompatible. Ideal for long-term cryogenic storage of solid tissue or bone.

  • Safe and easy to use

    TissueVault is sealed at 105°C and can be easily closed with any standard laboratory sealer. Cut the top seal to open the bag after thawing.

PermaLife™ Cell Culture Bag

Intended Use: OriGen Biomedical ® PermaLife bag is designed for use in cell culture, preservation, storage and freezing of cells and tissues.

  • User Inspired Design

    A sterile, needle-free, luer-operated adapter is attached to each bag. This self-sealing valve facilitates the feeding and collection of sensitive cells.

  • Gas Permeable - Waterproof

    Fluoroethyl polymer (FEP) film is gas permeable and gas transfer rates for oxygen, carbon dioxide and nitrogen are well established. However, water losses from cell culture are negligible as the FEP film is practically impermeable to water. Humidified incubators, potential sources of mold and contamination, are not required.

  • Observe Your Culture

    The PermaLife bag is transparent and allows observation of the cell culture under a microscope without the risk of contamination of the culture. Observation of cell cultures under a microscope is easy and can be done without the risk of sample contamination.

  • INERT

    FEP film has no plasticizers, is chemically inert and biocompatible, so it does not alter the bag culture or media. FEP film does not combine with any elements and does not release its own components into the solution in the cell culture bag.
